"The Art Melodious" by Louis Lombard This is the third edition, augmented  Louis Lombard (1861-1927) was a composer, author and teacher. He was the founder and director of the Utica, NY Conservatory of Music.

This copy, a 3rd edition, augmented, is unmarked, 3.5" X 6.5", 294 pages, in good condition. Very readable!!  Very clean!!!
