One new old stock Delco Guide 5964458 Brake/Backup Lens set includes (1)- 5964229, (1)- 5964230. Cast on both lenses in the center insert is part number: 5964227. Cast in bottom RH corner of one lens is part number: 5962408. And the other is: 5962407. Fits 1970 Chevy Impala!
Boxes have some shelf ware, lenses are unused in great condition, with installation kit envelope, also unused.
