Good antique condition considering the age. Expect some tarnish and scratches from normal use and handling. Possibly some plate loss on the the high spots. Can use some polish. Please take a look at the photos as they describe the napkin ring best.

Returns: Our listings contain vintage, antiques and pieces being sold as collectors items. This means they often have manufacturer's defects, or age related wear. We will note obvious flaws and defects and show photos to give customers an accurate description. Free returns will be accepted only if we sent you the wrong item. Otherwise the buyer is to pay return shipping. You will be refunded the bid amount less return shipping cost. Returned items must be packaged to insure a safe delivery. We will not issue a refund for items damaged or lost during transit. A refund on returns will only be processed on items received in the original condition that they were shipped.
