We are just finishing building our house and over time I purchased more light fixtures than we needed. This is one of them which has just been in storage since purchased. To be sure it works, I had it professionally tested and it is beautiful when lit.  Like new except one teeny nick at very top that most likely won't be visible once mounted. I am pricing this at a loss of what my original cost was.
