1. We will usually send items within 1-2 working days after payment received. From monday to saturday, except sunday and some national holidays. Sunday and holidays maybe a little delayed, but we will still send items as soon as we can.

2. We will send packages via CHINA POST / EUB / SPEEDPAK / DHL / EMS etc...  The shipping methods are depending to the destination country.

3. Normally, it will takes around 7-25 working days for most countries, but some remote area and countries will takes longer, some countries will takes around 23-35 working days, the south america may takes up to 45-60 days.

4. The Import Valued Added Tax is not included if you choose to send by expedited shipping, such as DHL and EMS. It is the buyer’s duty to pay VAT Import Tax. But the normal standard registered mail will not cost extra. Please don’t worry.

5. If anything unusual happened, please contact us first, we will help you to check and solve the problem.

1. If the item you received is not as description, or damaged during shipping, we will pay for return.

2. If it is just the buyer’s own reason to return the item, and there is nothing wrong with the item we send, we can still accept return, but it will be the buyer’s duty to pay for the return.
