Please note the following:

• Due to the nature of selling collectable stamps, all sales are final.  We take great care to grade our stamps so you can be confident and completely satisfied with your purchase. There is no guess-work. We encourage you to ask questions & request better images if needed.
  
• We don't use fancy, non-technical descriptions in our listings.  The terminology you will find herein complies with recognized philatelic vocabulary and definitions. In other words, we wont sugarcoat our descriptions.
  
• We usually ship same day and we will combine purchases, however, please allow a maximum of 3-days to process your order.  We do not want to rush the packing process. 
  
• Our grading methodology is solely based on time-tested, accredited, and globally recognized grading standards and protocols. The proof is in our internal certificate offered with every purchase upon request and for an additional handling fee of 0.5% of the sell price or $8.00 - whichever is greater .
  
• The images on the certificate and in the listing are of the actual stamp for sale.  What you see is what you will receive.

Shipping & Insurance

There is a lot of debate over whether or not to insure a stamp shipment.  Here is our policy:

• Stamp Value $1 - $100 (First Class Letter; insurance not required )
• Stamp Value $100 - $500 (Priority Mail Letter, Adult signature required)
• Stamp Value $500 - $1,000 (Certified Mail, Adult signature required)
• Stamp Value $1,000 - $5,000 (Certified Mail, Adult signature required, Insured for full value)
• Stamp Value $5,000 or greater (FedEx, Adult signature required, Insured for full value)
