This is the vent control out of a 1960 Cadillac will also fit 59.  Levers move freely and are not bent plastic lens has light scratches on it.  Overall its in good original conditions with minor pits and scratches to the chrome.  It would be excellent for a driver quality car.  I put closeups so you can see the condition of the chrome.  Please ask all questions before buying, I will ship international.
