SHIPPING RETURNS PAYMENT

All orders that are processed before 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Time) will be shipped on the same day from Sydney Metro. Any orders received after 12pm AEST will be processed the following day. Our Sydney warehouse takes a well deserved break on weekends and public holidays. Pick up is available at our Alexandria showroom. We use a wide variety of shipping carriers which all provide tracking details.  

Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and do not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Orders are dispatched once every day from Monday to Friday. 


Customs: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As per the The Trade Practices Act listed by the ACCC, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:

If you simply change your mind; or make a wrong decision.


You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where:


  • Products are faulty;
  • Have been wrongly described;
  • Are different from a sample shown to you OR
  • Do not do what they’re supposed to. 


Note: All buyers are liable for return postage costs, and items must be returned in their original state with original packaging otherwise the return or exchange may be refused and returned back to you at your own cost.


Advice is given to customers based on the information you provide us. We can recommend products and solutions to you but the purchase is the sole decision of the buyer. As per the ACCC Trade Practices Act, once you've made the decision to purchase we DO NOT offer a refund simply because of a change of mind or a wrong decision.


Faulty Items

All of our products are quality checked before being shipped. In the rare event that you do receive a faulty item, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear and specific details of the fault
  • Photos must be provided for fault and warranty assessment

After the faulty item is received back to us, assessment usually takes up to 3 business days. We will immediately post out your replacement items once the fault has been approved. Please allow standard shipping timeframes for your replacement to arrive.

We accept PayPal payment in advance which accepts most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash on pickup at our Sydney showroom.
