We replace the entire digitizer and LCD on your iPhone with one of our high-quality replacement screens.

Just send us your phone and we will fix it and return it.

We strive to have your iPhone shipped back out to you in one business day, however it may take two days depending on workload and if we come across any other problems. Before and after the repair we check all aspects of the phone for functionality (buttons, speakers, wifi, calling etc.)

Before sending your phone in, please be sure that your iPhone has a charge, and that it is recognized in iTunes (otherwise it may be dead). If we receive your phone and determine there is more damage than just the screen, or it has sustained water damage, we will return it to you and refund your purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping to us is paid by buyer, but we include First-Class USPS shipping back to you at no additional cost. Package your phone carefully as to not get damaged during shipping. Just send your iPhone, no cables, accessories, cases etc.

We are not liable for any missed shipments due to post office errors.

Phones will be mailed back to the address listed on eBay unless we receive a private message and a note written in the box indicating a different address. If these two things are not received, we will mail it back to the current address listed on the eBay ship to address.

• Please make sure you backup your phone if possible, we are not liable for any lost data on the phone.
• Please never include your passcode in the box, only send it to us via Ebay Messaging.

If we can not test it, we will send it back to you "untested". Untested phones will not have a warranty, if there is anything wrong with the repair, you will be responsible for return shipping to us.

Warranty

We offer a 30 day warranty on our screens, this does not include drops and water damage, only defect to lcd. Contact us and we will replace the screen for you at no charge.
