ANTI SEMITE XMAS NEW YEAR CIRCUMCISION CARD JEW Brit Bris Semitic Jewish Holiday

At first, I didn't know what to make of this rare New Year card. Is it Jewish or not? Anti-Semitic or just tongue in cheek humor? My personal conclusion is that this card was made and printed for non jews who at live amongst Jews who decide to send their fellow friends and acquaintances -Jewish and not- a "harmless" and "cute" New Year card for Xmas.
While I put "harmless" in quotes, it certainly is offensive to people of the Jewish Faith as it satirizes one of the most Holy Biblical commandments in Judaism, regardless of their denomination.

TIME PERIOD PRINTED: There's no date or place of printing but definitely American and in my opinion anywhere between the 1920s to early 1940s. Reason being that the blond hair and blue eyed baby and the "ugly jew" types were very much printed in every way shape or form during this period in the USA as well as in Germany where most of these caricatures were promoted for political gains and what ultimately resulted in the Holocaust.

TEXTURE OF PAPER: Highly unusual, not seen in the past 50 years, more like a lithographic print, you can actually feel the colors, which have a felt like touch, VERY RICH SHADES OF BLUE, RED, YELLOW. This type of paper was used in the 1920s to early 1940s for expensive lithographic posters and art work. It wasn't your run of the mill print postcard. CLICK ON PICTURE TO SEE A CLOSEUP! YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE RICHNESS OF THIS PRINT! Some of the color has even made it to the other side which is blank. (THE LAST 2 SCANS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND ARE NOT BEING SOLD IN THIS AUCTION)

NOTICE! I just found out that based upon the book by Falk Wiesemann called ANTIJUDISCHER NIPPES UND POPULARE JUDENBILDER : DIE SAMMMMLUNG FINKELSTEIN, 2006,Germany; that this IS DEFINITELY AN ANTI-SEMITIC CARD! See the scans below which are cards from Tunis, no date there as well but seems to be from the 1920's or 1930's.
