Standard delivery is FREE with your order subject to your post code, the day your item will be delivered will be prearranged with ourselves as soon as we receive your order (Monday ~ Friday)
Other delivery options are available for a surcharge, the delivery of large oak items is on a pallet with a one man delivery service. The delivery will be as close to the front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) and then it is up to you the customer to get your order into your home, so please have help on hand when you organise your delivery day.

This delivery upgrade will ensure that your in stock item will be delivered the next possible working day Monday-Friday (please be aware a next day delivery will only take place on orders recieved before 12pm, after this time your order will leave the next working day for a next day delivery, should your order be placed before 12pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Monday, should an order be placed after 12pm on a Friday delivery will take place on a Tuesday.
The delivery is on a pallet with a one man delivery service, this will be as close to your front door of your building (unless there are obstacles in the way e.g. narrow entrance, gravel drive, steps or stairs) it is then up to you the customer to get your furniture into your home, so please have help on hand for your delivery day. Not all delivery methods may be available in your area. Online orders will only be delivered if your address is permanent and within the UK mainland. Your order will be completed within any advertised timescales or by any other means of confirmation either by phone or email.
Delivery is free however this is subsidised by Bathrooms and More Store through a third party company, should you wish to return an item due to change of mind or any other reason where the fault lies with the purchaser you will be responsible for returning the goods back to ourselves with out any damage, once back and damage free a full refund will be issued.
Delivery will be made from a 7.5ton vehicle which is 8.2mtrs in length and 2.4 mtrs wide the height of the vehicle is 3.6mtrs a smaller vehicle can be used at a charge and must be agreed beforehand, should you be unable to take delivery on the day that has been prearranged for whatever reason and your item has left our warehouse or it is judged unsafe to deliver by the driver due to any access issues then you will be charged to rearrange another delivery slot, we also reserve the right to cancel your order in this circumstance should this happen your payment will be refunded minus the outgoing delivery fee and return fee per item, this is applicable once your items have left our premises this includes any orders you may wish to cancel.
Should damage occur during the delivery by our carriers our liability amounts to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods providing the proof of delivery note is signed as damaged by you the customer, it is essential therefore that you check your item upon delivery for any visual signs of damage and contact should be made to ourselves reporting said damage. Delivery of your items only relates to a prearranged day and not a specific time. Bathrooms and More Store will not be held responsible for any costs incurred should delivery have to be rearranged by the carrier due to unforeseen circumstances of which there can be no control.
It is always recommended that your bathroom is fitted with an extractor fan to prevent moisture from lingering in the air.
Aftercare:
Our oak bathroom furniture has a lacquered finish all over, we strongly recommend that the top of the unit where water may sit be coated with a satin yacht vanish prior to use to keep it looking as good as new. The front and sides if regularly waxed will ensure that water does not penetrate the surface and damage the oak bathroom vanity units finish, after use we recommend wiping dry the oak worktop and not leave water settling on the surface, failure to do this may cause marking to the surface.

Please remember that oak furniture is made from natural solid hard wood and as such grains and shades may vary and often high quality wood filler is utilised to complete the build, this is a normal process used in manufacture and is not a fault.
Stone:
Please take into account that natural stone has taken millions of years to form making each piece unique this means it will vary in colour, texture and marking. Marble and will show "veins" in varying concentrations and colour where Granite may show small mineral flecks, this is not a fault but part of natures beauty.
We may think of natural stone as a hard material but it is in fact porous so to prevent stains from being absorbed sealing the stone prior to use with a quality impregnating sealer is essential and will prevent most spills from damaging it.
Clean natural stone on a regular basis with warm water and a clean, non-abrasive cloth.
Do not use general purpose cleaners or you may damage the stone or the sealer applied.
Do not use products that contain lemon, vinegar or other acids as these may etch the stone surface and damage the polish.
Do not use scouring powders or creams; these products contain abrasives that may scratch the surface.
Installation:
Please be aware that as all bathroom plumbing differs most bathroom vanity units on the market today will need to be adapted to fit your specific requirements in some way.
Solid oak unit's will also need to be adapted in some way to accomodate your own specific pipework, however, unlike most bathroom vanity units on the market today made from chipboard or MDF this unit is solid oak unit and as such drilling the appropriate holes to house the fittings will not affect the durability or solid structure of the unit in any way.
Having the unit sent without pre-drilled plumbing holes means that it will suit your needs for your plumbing exactly after alteration.
Designer Units:
All wall mounted designer units are open in the back for ease when installing, most plumbing for these units will come in through the wall and not up through the floor, all fixing's to mount our units are supplied. Solid Plywood Bath Vanities are a very strong wood. Residential roofing is made from plywood so rest assured, if the roof above your head uses plywood then it’s a strong material and a great choice for a bathroom vanity unit.
