Note: The USB-C to DP converter may have the following compatibility
problems
- If the DisplayPort port of Display doesn’t support Refresh Rate at 120Hz, the connected Display will have no image when the USB Type C Source setting at 120 Hz.
- If the DisplayPort port of Display doesn’t support resolution at 4K,5K and 8K, the connected Display will have no image when the USB Type C Source setting at 4K, 5K and 8K.
- All computers/laptops for transfering Video to DisplayPort Monitor via our Cable need to support DP Alternate Mode.
- Mirror or Duplicate means your host computer with same view of your external displays,Extend Mode means your host computer with different view of your external displays.
-The USB-C Female port in the DisplayPort end can be only used for power delivery(charge),can not be used for data transfer
