The Black Powder Coating is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder.The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin." The process is used to create a robust finish that is tougher than conventional paint. The process provides a high quality finish to the exterior of the radiator and provides a higher heat output than a chrome plated model of identical size.
