Les commandes de moins de 2 kg seront expédiées par Royal Mail et les commandes de plus de 2 kg seront envoyées par courrier.

DÉLAI DE LIVRAISON.

Les marchandises en stock sont expédiées le jour même, à condition que la commande soit reçue avant 13 heures. Nous essaierons de faciliter si la commande est reçue après cette heure, mais nos collectes par courrier ont lieu quotidiennement à 15 heures. Pour le Royaume-Uni, nous proposons un service le lendemain ou suivant et pour l'étranger, le délai est de 3 à 5 jours.

EMBALLAGE

Nous disposons d'un service d'expédition où nous pouvons expédier depuis un conteneur, une palette et un carton jusqu'au plus petit colis. Pour les commandes jusqu'à 2 kg, nous utilisons la Poste et pour les articles de grande valeur, nous faisons appel aux sociétés de messagerie.

DOMMAGE

Nos envois sont emballés avec le plus grand soin, afin de garantir qu’ils arrivent à destination en parfait état. Tous les articles sont assurés pour leur pleine valeur. Si les marchandises n'ont pas été vérifiées à la livraison, veuillez signer, mais commenter « non vérifié ». Il est toujours préférable de vérifier si possible. Si l'une des marchandises est endommagée, veuillez en informer immédiatement le transporteur et vendre au détail tout l'emballage d'origine. Le transporteur inspectera le colis et le règlement sera effectué.
