Kodak Anastigmat 15mm f2.7 wide angle lens in dedicated mount for the original Cine-Kodak Special (not for the II). Serial number 05968, uncoated glass so likely made before 1940.

Glass is pretty good but there is some bits of dust. 

Fixed focus, an unlabeled aperture ring. 

Cosmetics typical of these, shows some corrosion and plating decay which is common to the construction of the day.
