Description
This is a nice, circulated "Twenty-Five Rubles" note from "Soviet" Communist Russia or the "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics". It was issued by the State Bank and is dated, 1961.
This was during the time of Nikita Khrushchev. This was one year after he furiously used the heel of his shoe as a gavel at the United Nations and one year before the infamous "Cuban Missile Crisis".
