Refunds:

Unfortunately, we will not do partial refunds; the item must be returned if you are not satisfied. All refunds must transact within ten business days of item received.  All items will be insured.  

Items damaged during transit are to be claimed at your post office using your mailing label as the receipt  All items shipped back will be refunded only one-way shipping. If you want to return an item you must contact us immediately.  You have 10 business days to contact us after delivery for a return.
