Description
If your reading this then it is likely your RCZ brake light has failed or started failing/flickering? This is a very
common RCZ issue
Maybe your car has failed its MOT because of a high percentage of flickering or missing LED in 3rd brake light?
The fault is burnt out high brightness LED chips caused by years of direct sunlight lifespan / dry internal resistors
and / or water ingress
If you visit the dealer with this issue they class this unit as disposable and a replacement unit when you can source one costs
in some cases £250 upwards.

I have 4 Options for repair on this listing...

Option 1. DIY Repair kit (this is not a novice soldering repair byany means infact they are a right royal pain in the Ar..SEE

What is in the DIY repair kit?
25pcs of LED chip, (21pcs needed for repair allowing 4pcs spare)
28pcs SMD resistor
1pc MLCC Capacitor
1pc Diode Rectifier

Enough components to rebuild the entire board
Full colour step by step guide available on request (small label on kit bag has email details for guide as 
email is clearer than anything we could print on paper and its kinder to the environment)
No purchase necessary If you wish to see guide first I have uploaded the largest file of it I can in the images
so customers can get an idea how much of a pig these are to do.

Option 2. Supply fully assembled PCB insert (all you need to do is cut open light ,de-solder 2 wires ,Then re-solder wires to new
PCB and fit as removed. 
Option 3. Send me your light I will carry out repair using a new PCB insert, and return via Special delivery, Turnaround is usually 72hrs.
Option 4. For those that need the car on a daily basis and it may not be practical to send me your light ...Occasionally I have stock of
reconditioned lights, These are good clean used units that have been opened up ,Had a new insert fitted and then sealed back up ready
to fit and come with the same 1yr warranty a new part comes with from the dealers
If opting for option 4 and you wish to return your old light to me after fitting I will refund £35* (*while light does not need to work the actual casing
and lense must be in untampered (ie not hacked open)good saleable condition with no chips/star cracks or scratches for this refund to apply).

Recommended tools.
Some kind of small saw or Dremell to carefully cut light underside open
Suitable soldering iron/hot air system for fine medium temp rework.

Please be warned this is not straight forward unscrew and open up repair,. These units have to be cut open to 
gain access to circuit board and good soldering knowledge is a must
