Shipping:

We offer a free delivery option as standard (USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation), with estimated delivery of 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please note: no change of address will be possible after purchase. Scammer please be aware that we check every address against fraud. Please do not waste your & our time. Every single will be reported to eBay.

Return and Refund Policy:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.

If you wish to make a return, make sure the item is unused and sent back within 30 days. 20% restocking fee will apply on all unwanted returns.

Customs: 

Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying

Disclaimer:

Items must be returned within the same condition it was received. No refunds will be applied to devices damaged by the buyer or altered in any way.

All personal accounts including iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts must be removed off of the device prior to returning the item back. No refund will be applied to any device that has any personal accounts linked to it. Instructions on how to remove personal accounts can be found with the purchased item.
