The production of brake discs requires in-depth know-how and extreme precision. Bosch selects cast- ing materials and alloying constituents based on long experience. Rigorous testing at Bosch testing facilities and independent institutes assures a consistently high quality standard - for safety, reliability and long life.

Low Tolerances

Bosch's experience in processing original equipment brake discs also guarantees minimum tolerances for run-out and disc thickness variation (DTV). Excessive run-out produces DTV, which in turn causes pedal vibrations, steering wheel or entire wheel pulsation, and brake noise.

To maintain safety, follow this simple checklist:

1. Check the disc thickness: If it falls below the required minimum, replace the brake discs in pairs
2. Inspect the front axle and steering
3. Check the wheel bearing play
4. Clean the wheel hub (do not use paste lubricants)
5. Check the wheel hub for lateral run-out
6. Ensure the mobility of the brake caliper
7. Tighten the wheel bolts with a torque wrench

Warranty & Returns

All our items are covered by manufacturer warranties for peace of mind. The period can vary according to the part but as a minimum (unless otherwise stated) we cover all parts with a 12 month limited replacement warranty on new parts. As is the norm for manufacturers warranties we cover replacement of the part only and no warranty is offered for any labour, fitting or damages cost. Obviously, warranty is void if; not installed correctly, damaged during installation, installed on race cars, not correctly maintained, or not operated within manufactures specifications.
FAULTY.We will replace your item including the shipping costs if the item was found to be faulty or non-functional within 30 days of arrival date. Buyer to cover shipping costs, each way, for warranty purposes after 30 days.
CHANGED MIND.Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection; the buyer will cover shipping costs of the returned product. Items will only be accepted if they are returned new & unused.
INCORRECT SUPPLY.If we stuff up and send the wrong part to you, generally the part will need to be returned before correct item is sent and we will replace your item including the shipping costs if notified within 30 days of arrival date.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.Please inspect your parts immediately you receive them and contact us straight away if any goods have been damaged in transit. Please contact us first so we can organise with you the best way to fix help you. We may need proof (pics etc) so we can claim against the carrier.
