We offer a FREE economy delivery service on 99% of our items TO MAINLAND UK ONLY This means you can have peace of mind in receiving non urgent items without additional expense. An express delivery option is available on most of our items for a small additional postage cost.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland Southern Ireland Channel islands and Scottish Islands will incur an additional delivery cost .Please contact us for more details for delivery to these areas.

Items such as engines and full interiors are sent on pallets using a 3-5 working day service. Unfortunately pallet deliveries do incur a fee (this will be outlined on the eBay listing). Again there is an express service available for a small additional cost.

We use a variety of delivery companies to be able to offer the most cost effective delivery of your goods, all our carriers are chosen because they have a good combination of successful delivery rates, low damage reports and low price.

All our parts except ECU's and electronic control boxes are covered by a minimum 28 Day unlimited mileage warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the advert.

Engine warranties are only valid if new cam belts/idlers/tensioners are fitted prior to installation - proof will be required in the event of a claim. The warranty does not cover bolt on items like turbo, alternators, pumps, fans or sensors.

NONE OF OUR WARRANTIES ARE TRANSFERRABLE AND ARE VALID FOR ITEMS IN THE UK ONLY.

• If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us via eBay message to arrange a return and refund.
• All items are closely inspected for defects prior to listing, security marked and carefully packaged before being sent in order to avoid courier damage. We ask all customers to inspect goods before signing to ensure it hasn't been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses to wait, then simply sign as 'DAMAGED' so a claim can be made against them if necessary.
• If the item is damaged, faulty, or 'not as described' then we will provide a full refund if a replacement part cannot supplied. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item so collection can be arranged. Unfortunately any labour changes incurred won't be covered and will not be refunded.
• Auto euro parts operates a 16 day return policy for unwanted items, so the item must be returned back to us within 16 days of the sale date. The item will be inspected on return for our security marks, if these have been removed then we won't be able to process the refund as we aren't able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out.
• If a part has been supplied correctly as per the eBay listing (error made by the buyer), or the part is no longer required you must contact us and return the item (at the cost of the buyer). You are still entitled to a refund but a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount to recover initial delivery, labour, packaging & restock costs as the item was correctly supplied.

• If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback for us. We sell a lot of items so we tend to leave feedback many at a time, if you have not had yours yet, don't panic it will appear in due course. The star rating system is also an important part to complete so please remember to complete this.
• If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us by ebay message so we have a chance to resolve any issues you may have. Auto euro parts are a Family run Environment Agency approved ATF facility for end of life vehicles based in Much Wenlock in the rural county of Shropshire.

We dismantle Audi, BMW, VW, Honda vehicles and more onsite and sell used car parts to public and the trade.

All our breaker vehicles are given a full computer diagnostic health check prior to dismantling and all the good quality parts are removed and stored on the shelf ready for despatch. Upon purchase we carefully wrap and securely package them so you receive them damage free.

We use a variety of parcel delivery companies to ensure we can provide a cost effective delivery option for each and every item. Free economy delivery is offered on most items, with a next day service available for a small additional cost. Heavy items such as engines, gearboxes and full interiors are sent on a pallet.

We do use library pictures for some items that do not warrant an individual listing and image, other cosmetic or expensive items such as Wings, Bumpers, interior seat sets, engines, gearboxes or axles will have their own picture.
