4. Cancellations-  I have no problem with you cancelling the transaction, but need to know before the unpaid is filed to get my fees back as per the above. 

5.  Returns- Doesn't fit? Or perhaps I made a mistake in the description, unfortunately I am human and it happens occasionally.  I honor 30 day returns. Return shipping paid by me. Money back less original shipping, and no exchanges since I generally only have one of everything I sell.  Please send it back to me in the same condition/with tags for a refund
