Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you order with us.  We cannot guarantee we would be able to fix the shipping after your item has been dispatched.

Coco Alliance has a 30 day return policy due to the product nature we sell. All returns must arrive at our  design address in its original good conditions and package within 30 days from the days you placed your order. Used or damage items, including the item packagings, will not be eligible for refund. All returns are subject to shipping paid by the buyer. Every return must have a ebay authorisation number written on the package and the RMA slip must be in the package.
