For the pair. Stainless steel with a tumbled finish. These are the exact shape and size of the Krauser latches that connect the Krauser saddlebags to the the mount racks. Except, these are new, stainless steel, and will not peel or rust. For any early airhead saddlebag that uses the seatbelt buckle type mount. 2nd to last photo shows the oem side by side with this new shackle. Last photo shows the Krauser latch that this "shackle" fits.
