A cutting is piece of a living plant that is used for creating new plants (propagation). The cutting you receive will be unrooted. No cutting will be exactly alike, each cutting will be slightly different

Hoyas (a.k.a. Waxplant, Porcelain Flower) make easy, rewarding and long-lived additions to shaded container gardens for the porch or patio or windowsill. They prefer high indirect sunlight and a good quality well-draining soil and should be allowed to become somewhat dry between waterings. They require more water when in active growth and less during winter typically. Never allow them to sit in a saucer with standing water except if needed to fully resaturate the soil which should take less than one hour normally. Most Hoyas are twining climbers to trailing plants and can be used to good effect on a small trellis while hanging baskets make beautiful specimens as well. These are easy and rewarding plants as well as tough and forgiving if you forget to water. When Hoyas flower they produce a 'spur' from which the clusters of waxy flowers originate. Always leave the spurs because they will produce more flowers each year from the old spurs as well as normally producing new ones.
