I recommend using a white t-shirt and not a colored one for the best contrast. Use a steam iron set at 375º or its highest temperature for cotton. Please note that I cannot guarantee a successful transfer to any fabric heavier than a cotton t-shirt. Please refer to the listing picture for the posted instructions.
