Item Condition: I would rate it at  8 out of 10. Item has been used, it has some light scratching from normal use. I see one small dent on the front. But over all condition is better then average.  Cap it is not damaged in any way, no cracks or dents (see pics). This lens cap is fully operational and functions as intended. 

Size is 49.4mm ID. It should fit lens with 48mm rim. I have tested it on 49mm rim, and it is too small for 49mm. So I think it is for 48mm rim. Cap is 13.5mm deep.
