• We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and eCheck payments through PayPal.
• Payment should be done within 7 days after the end of the Auction. Otherwise Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.
• eCheck payments take 3 to 7 business days to clear through PayPal.

• Warranty will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer. We will refuse back all the returns which are out of warranty.
• In order to return an item, buyer must contact us to request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
• RMA number should be written on the outside shipping box or on the return label. The RMA number must not be written on the manufacturer's product box.
• We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer return the original item and pay for the S&H cost for the replacement. Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
• We will refund the purchase price if buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
