The TRV-88SER is a slightly modified version of the popular TRV-88SE with the addition of a remote control function and a MM phono equalizer. The TRV-88SE uses an integrated transformer cover, while this model uses separate covers for each unit, improving leakage from the power transformer. The V-88SE uses an integrated transformer cover. Of course, the KT-88SE is an excellent cost-performance product that delivers Class AB 45W+45W output power while maintaining the power to powerfully drive even low performance speakers. The sound quality of the KT88 is very attractive because of its ability to drive jazz and modern pop music with high fidelity.
