Predictive Lap Timer & Data Logger
This kit has been specifically designed for the Yamaha YZF-R6 bike. The kit comes with a cable and bracket for your bike. Connecting the Solo 2 DL to your Yamaha YZF-R6 ECU will give you all the engine performance information you need to help improve your driving performance.

AiM Solo 2 DL is the most precise GPS lap timer there is with the ability to show you your lap time live as you drive. Receiving data from two satellite constellations from anywhere on the globe by using GPS and Glonass also giving you a significant improvement in data speed and positioning precision.
This all adds up to your startup time being reduced to a matter of seconds and lap times are accurate to a tolerance of two-hundredths of a second.
Easy Connection
The Yamaha YZF-R6 ECU interface cable provides a plug & play solution for connecting the Solo 2 DL lap timmer to your bike. Please refer to the technical sheet on how to connect the ECU cable to your bike.
The sampled data you record depends on the actual ECU but typically includes RPM, engine load, throttle position (TPS), oil, air, water temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, speed, gear and lambda value (air/fuel). The list of ECUs is forever growing and being updated.
Add a SmartyCam HD/GP HD camera to create an even more powerful system to help provide you with great videos that include all the technical information to help improve your performance.
Solo 2 DL gives instant speed, timing splits live data and predictive lap times.
The Solo 2 DL has a sharp, high contrast display which helps drivers easily identify the data displayed on the screen. The Solo 2 DL also features a selection of 7 different backlight colours which can be selected to suit your requirements.
Please Note: For these models/years Aim recommends not to remove the stock dash. Doing so will disable some of the bike functions or safety controls.

Predictive Lap Timer
The GPS technology provides better reliability from the predictive lap timing function so you can see in real-time how your current lap compares to your best lap. The LEDs are also configurable to give a visual indication of whether you are quicker or slower. You can also build the layout of the display to show the data you want to see.
Data Recall On Screen
Solo 2 DL is not just restricted to circuit racing, it can also be used for point to point or regularity events as well as performance tests such as 0-60mph etc. And just like the circuit racing mode, all the data is recorded and can be reviewed immediately after each race or test session.
Solo 2 DL New Track Creation And Our Track Database
Solo 2 DL allows you to simply create a new temporary or permanent track layout whether it's a point to point run for rallying or a closed-loop track it can simply be added to the solo 2 and PC database.
Simply put, if there is no track already, the Solo 2 DL will create a new one for you...
With over 4000 tracks pre-loaded from around the world. As soon as it's switched on the Solo 2 DL identifies its position. Then once you start to drive it automatically recognises the start line coordinates of the track and will start sampling lap times every time you go past.
WiFi Communication With The PC
The Solo 2 DL has integrated Wi-Fi, so if you want to review your data in more depth simply transfer your data securely and quickly onto a laptop or computer up to 50m away without the need for connectors and cables. You can then import the data into the Race Studio 3 software.

Configuration
With Race Studio 3 you can create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, ECU drivers, Math channels, Display Pages, Digital outputs, Alarms, Shift Lights and all the expansions you need. You will also be able to manage the map of all your racing tracks and compare two laps watching the video recorded by SmartyCam HD cameras.
Analysis
With Race Studio 3 you can also analyse all data recorded by Solo 2 DL and downloaded to your PC: graphs, histograms and tables will help you study your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve performances.

Delivery notifications
Because a signature is required for all deliveries, you must provide us with your mobile telephone number and email address so our courier can tell you exactly when your order is being delivered.
Customs Clearance
If you are outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such charges must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Reactive Parts or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us, we will not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Reactive Parts.
Reactive Parts does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Reactive Parts is responsible for the error.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
1. Contact us through eBay messages.
2. Repackage your products
Print off the return note that is emailed to you when you request the return and place it inside the package. Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.
If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back.
For special order items, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
3. Return via a secure/signed for service
Returns are made at your own cost unless the part you received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we cannot take responsibility for items not arriving back to us. We suggest that you keep any receipts as they will contain your tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
If your order is faulty or incorrect, please email to request a collection of your goods, which we will arrange with our courier to collect at a convenient time for you.
Returns are normally processed within 7 working days once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.
Upon inspection of the returned product, Reactive Parts will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Reactive Parts reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed, if you have any questions about a refund, please contact our customer service by phone or email. If you have paid by PayPal and they have put the refund on hold, this is out of our control and will be released after they have completed their random checks.
CAN I SEND A PRODUCT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Yes we can offer an exchange for a different product. You just need to state this on the returns form and this will be processed once we receive this back into our warehouse. If any additional payment is required for the new parts then one of our customer services team will contact you.
