The Garter measures roughly 6" at the elastic when laid flat. The pillow measures roughly 7" each side square with a 2 1/2" frill boarder. Attached to the pillow is a sweet pair of rings with doves. Tags sewn on it state "Made especially for you by Anna Musumeci." Items came in Nordstrom box - but can't guarantee items were sold there. Nice shape!
