All our products are fully Tested in the UK. So only test passed items are dispatched to you.
If you receive a damaged item in case such as the transit damage, We will replace the item for you without any additional cost. Please contact us before 7 days after receiving the product. In such case, we will request you to return the product first before sending the replacement. This is to check the issue with the item and to cross check with the explanation you have provided on the working condition of the item. We may request you to provide additional images or videos to supply them to our technical team for resolving the issue.
In the case of item return, the original packaging should be returned in its original state which should be new, unused or uninstalled. Otherwise, we cannot accept the return.
