The birds sit on a handle shaped like a tree branch. No chips on the flowers. Excellent condition. It measures approximately 4 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches deep and 3 1/4 inches wide. The piece was painted with stains. You can see in the pictures where the stain has been rubbed off.
