FREE SHIPPING!  This auction is for 2 beautiful glass buttons made by artisans in the region of Bohemia, Czech Republic.   They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand.  The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. 

These buttons have great 3-D quality.  Each measures approx. 36mm (1 3/8") high. These all have glass shanks.  The buttons are collectible moonglow glass. Moonglow has a layer of molten clear glass applied over opaque glass. Any ripples or surface irregularities are a part of the charm of this special technique. No longer being produced so now becoming rare. A lovely collector item!

They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!!
