Usage:
This instrument is suitable for measuring the warp, weft and density of various fabrics in textile factories, knitting factories and scientific research institutions.
Instructions
1. According to the predicted fabric count, select the lens magnification to install in the eyepiece frame of the instrument
2. According to the color of the fabric, determine the color of the cursor glass and choose one of the three colors to facilitate inspection and counting.
3. During operation and measurement, place the instrument on the object to be measured, and adjust the height of the lens approximately parallel to the warp and weft of the fabric to make the field of vision clear. Lift the top surface of the instrument cube with your left hand, and turn the adjustment knob with your right hand to make the lens Align the inner engraved line with the zero position, and then reverse the adjustment knob to visually count the number of warp and weft yarns per unit length, that is, the fabric density.
Maintenance
1. When the lens is blurred, use the lens paper to wipe the lens. Do not touch the lens with other objects and scratch the lens.
2. There are two pointed screws on the bottom of the instrument, exposing the bottom surface, so that the fabric can be inserted during use to limit movement. Therefore, it should always be sharp and should not be placed on a hard flat object.
