Handmade, 2 layers, Fleece on the outside, cotton fabric inside. Outside edge is elastic so it can be used on any car seat carrier and is easy to put on and remove. There is an opening for the baby's face or can be covered to protect them from weather. Do not leave over baby unattended. With the elastic around the edge it is very quick and easy to pull down once in the vehicle and wrap snugly around baby for warmth. Does not interfere with the car seat straps.
