Hear we have a vintage Ironstone plate from Wood & Sons England. Origionally designed by Walter Pranke the plate shows scenes from Old Montreal. The central design is Le Vieux Montreal - Old Montreal Place Royal 1603 and the six outside designs are:-

1. Little James Street -La Petite Rie St. Jacques,

2. Calvert House 1731 - Maison Calvet 1731,

3. Nelson's Monument 1609-Jacques Cartier Square - Le Monument Nelson 1608-Place Jacques Cartier,

4. Seminary Of Suspician Fathers 1685-Notre Dame Church1824 - Seminaire Des Messieurs De St. Sulpice 1685-Eglise Notre Dame 1824,

5. Bonsecours Chapel 1772-Bonsecours Market 1845 - Chepelle Notre Dame Bonsecours 1772-Marche Bonsecours 1845,

6. Chateau De Ramezay 1705 - Chateau De Ramezay 1705.

The plate is about 10inches (15cm) in diameter, it is in really nice condition with no crazing or cracks to the glaze. I could only see some very minor manufacturing blemishes to the glaze on the underside of the plate, I have tried to show this in the picks but it is barley visible.. Please have a good look at all of the pictures for condition before bidding.
