This is a stunning Vintage Inuit Carving by Wolf Original. It is I believe carved from black soapstone. It is of an Inuit Hunter in his canoe with a Seal on board and his spear poised and a Walrus at the end of the canoe. It has WE on the canoe for I believe Wolf Original. At some stage the lower end of the spear has been reattached and the spear dose not quite go into his hand with a very thin gap between the two. The Seal has a very hard to see chip on its flipper. It is 33 cm long x 8 cm deep x 11 cm high. The slate base is in very good condition. Please see photos for both age and condition and please be happy with the Wolf accreditation.
