These are parts from US MILITARY 3-POINT SEAT BELT KITS for Retrofitting HMMWV (Also Known As: Hummers, or HUM-VEE).  We are not sure how these “Extensions” were used in the installation or use of Seat Belts but believe they have life beyond the original intent so we are offering them here.

It seems the likely use of these was for Extending the Attachment Flaps of Vehicle Covers or Tarps, but that does not explain the inclusion in Seat Belt Kits?
