This is a very rare piece of Los Angeles Dodgers / Dodger Stadium paper memorabilia. From 1962, it is 59 years old! Please see photos. The cover color is good, not too faded. Obviously there is a bit of yellowing to the white pages due to age, and the edges are not perfect. The only real defect is that the middle page has come off its staples and the staples have a bit of rusting from age. On the back cover page, there are two other staple mark areas.
