 Front is: 1989 SE ZONE HADCP High Lady

 The light blueish stuff on the front I think is silver polish and we did not attempt to take it off!

Buckle is really beautiful and has been worn very little and in great condition.

This Buckle has NOT been cleaned, the condition is all Orig. 

I think these buckles look great with their worn look but you are welcome to clean it!
