However, due to the used and mechanical nature of our inventory, it is not possible for us to remove all traces of oil, grease, lubricants, paint, stains, rust, normal wear, scratches, gouges, oxidation, discoloration, dirt and imperfections. We will make every effort to document the condition of the part for sale in the listing description and/ or photographs provided in the listing.
• We may take the liberty to include more or fewer components than the OEM assembly. The detailed listing will inform you if such a step has been taken.
• The parts listed in our inventory are fully functioning when removed unless otherwise stated.
• All of our parts are used O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) unless otherwise stated, removed with care and stored inside our climate controlled facility.

• Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) the same day. If ordered after 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, the item will be shipped the following business day.
• Freight orders which do not fit in the above category will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment.
• All items will have a tracking number provided to the buyer to confirm shipping at time of shipment.
• Small items weighing under 1 pound will be shipped via first class.
• Small items weighing between 1 and 4 pounds will be shipped via Priority Mail.
• Please be advised FedEx Ground and UPS will only deliver to residential or business addresses, no Post Office boxes.
• Heavy, large and irregular shaped items will need to be shipped via a freight carrier. The freight carrier will require a business address with a loading dock or forklift. The freight carrier charges an additional $95 to deliver to a residence.
• The fixed price for freight shipping is $200.
• The freight carrier will need contact information of the recipient in the form of a name and phone number.
• Greyhound Package Express is the chosen carrier for bumper shipments. Once your item arrives at the Greyhound location you will be notified for pick up.

We accept domestic, non international returns within 30 days of order.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
We accept returns only if the item is damaged, not functioning or not described accurately. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The Shipping cost  is not a refundable cost.
Returned items must be returned in the box and packing material in which it was received.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or not described accurately.
