Here is a very attractive antique Macintyre Burslem England pottery globe/ball type match holder featuring The York & Lancaster Regiment (WWI) coat of arms. It measures about 2 3/8" tall and about 3" in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks except for a shallow flake to top inside edge. There appears to be an old touchup in area of flake. There are no other chips or cracks. There are a few tiny flecks to brown paint. There is a small amount of rubbing to gold edging around coat of arms. Looks great overall. . Please see photos.
