Unlike the competition, we do not use inferior materials such as PLA or materials like ABS which release toxic VOCs during the manufacturing of these products. Our competitors charge exorbitant prices for an inferior design with no mention of destructive or stress testing. Our mounts were maintained for 1 hour in a 160 F environment and did not melt, warp, or lose functionality. Your cockpit will never see these temperatures, but we tested it anyway. Our mounts underwent a 3-axis load test. Our mounts consistently withstood loads greater than 40 pounds. Forces of this magnitude will never be necessary during the use of these mounts, but we tested it anyway. Our mounts have been weather tested to ensure durability. We do not expect these mounts to be exposed to wind, rain, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature swings while installed in your cockpit, but we tested them anyway. I would urge you to compare our rigorous testing process to that of our competitors. We did not have to test our mounts under these extreme conditions, but we did it anyway to ensure your satisfaction and years of worry-free use. If double-sided tape is not your preference, our mounts (unlike our competitors) include countersunk mounting holes.
