Since the lead batteries for the 60s Metz rod flashes are hardly available in good condition nowadays and replacement batteries are relatively expensive, we have decided to make a replacement basket ourselves.
The basket fits 10xAA batteries/ rechargeable batteries (not included) and inserted into the standard battery holder (not included).
The AA batteries should be charged with a standard battery charger and not with the Metz charger.

Specifications:
The battery basket uses 5 AA rechargeable batteries/batteries connected in series and 5 AA rechargeable batteries/batteries connected in parallel.
Nominal voltage: 6V with 1.2V batteries or 9V with 1.5V batteries
Nominal capacity: 2 x the nominal capacity of the batteries used.
