RETURN  & REFUND POLICY

Ø  If Customer wants to return the item for being unsuitable for the reason or no longer needed/wanted, Buyers are welcome to return the item for full refund. All returned items should be in the original packaging and free from any wear or tear. Our Quality Control have the rights if inspection deems them used.

Ø  If any faulty items received, buyer must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date and should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we received the faulty item, Subjecting to the stock and buyer's preference we will send the replacement or issue the full refund.

Ø  In case of undelivered parcel returned back to us, indicating not called for, unidentified address, we will issue full refund of the product  to the customer.

So if there is any issue with the transaction (i.e. Faulty item received/Item not received or any other issues) contact us through email and also Please do not leave the Negative/ Neutral feedback or give us the low detailed seller rating. We will try our best to resolve the issue up to your complete satisfaction.
