Timeless Stitches Pattern #720 "CIVIL WAR ERA MILITARY TROUSERS" Pattern. This is a new, unused pattern in the original factory fold.

The pattern is available in two size ranges: 34-42" waist or 44-52" waist.

From the pattern:  "This pattern is for a very basic style of military trousers, worn during the Civil War Era. The trousers are designed to fit using the fit of the period--high waist with a loose crotch. The pattern includes two pocket variations: a slit pocket in the side seam and a mule-ear style. Two back variations are also available: the common eyelets on each side of the vent and a buckle and strap closure. A watch pocket is included, although many of the uniform trousers did not have watch pockets. Tips for handling wool are also included."

Requirements:  2 1/2 to 3 yards 60" fabric 34-42" waists. 3 1/2 yards for 44-52" waists. 3/4 yard of duck, twill or heavy muslin for pockets and lining. 5 buttons for the fly. 6-8 buttons for suspenders. 2 buttons for mule-ear pockets (optional). 1" buckle if using the belt and buckle option back.
