The last 6 digits of this code are deptictive of the date of manufacturing and packing .The packaging for each skin care, personal care, cosmetic and fragrance product includes a code to indicate the exact manufacturing date.The date on the package is MANUFACTURING DATE ( MFD )  Z 12 .09.2021 . That means PRODUCED AND PACKED ON 12 .09.2021 , it is NOT THE  EXPIRATION DATE. It is good for 3 years from the date of manufacturer. 

You will also see an open jar printed on the packaging. This symbol describes the number of months in which the product must be used .You may see a date as well as a graphic symbol of an open jar on the product..
