these guidelines to avoid causing damage :
  • These socks are not designed for use on heavier and more powerful 
      All- Terrain & Light Commercial Vehicles.
  • Keep your speed slow 10-20mph depending on conditions
  • Avoid driving on bare tarmac and/or loose road surfaces (including slush) that may damage the socks
  • Accelerate and brake gently
  • Avoid steep inclines

Fitting Fit&Go Sox Snow Socks:

Attention. Avoid heavy acceleration (wheel-spin) and braking which may damage 

the socks.

Attention. Fit&Go Sox covers must be installed on a flat surface.

Step 1

Fit the sock over the top and on to the rear wall of the tyre.

Step 2

Continue to fit the sock around the tyre towards the ground and stop.

Step 3

Move the vehicle till the wheels have turned at least a 1/4 turn, so as to allow 

access to the remainder of the tyre.

Step 4

Finish fitting the sock by pushing it over the rear tyre wall till you have covered the tyre completely.







Removing the Fix&Go-Tex Snow Socks:

Step 1

Pull the edge of the sock towards you at the top of the wheel.

Step 2

Continue pulling the sock free of the tyre round both sides of the tyre until the the sock is held under the tyre only.

Step 3

Move the vehicle until the sock comes free.

Attention

  • The use of any snow chain can distort the data which the electronic systems 
  of stability and traction receive (ESP, VDIM, VSC, LSD, TRC,?. and so on and so forth), this is the reason why you will have to follow the instructions indicated on the handbook by the manufacturer of your vehicle to deactivate and/or adapting them to chain driving. 
  • Snow socks are not a replacement for snow chains and you must check the legality of them in the country you will use them in.

Important: Read these instructions carefully before installing the socks on your vehicle.

Recommendations :

The handling of the vehicle is changed when driving on ice and/or snow, especially under braking.
  • Contact with anything apart from snow and/or ice may damage these socks.
  • Another important observation to consider is that the tyres should be inflated 
  on the right pressure indicated by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
  • The socks are not designed for driving on bare tarmac nor spinning and/or 
    locking the wheels.
  • Once the socks are fitted never drive at more than 50 km/h.
