This beautiful, sealed, box set comes from an estate of an attorney who bought over a thousand laserdiscs for his collection back in the day. Most of them are still sealed. "For a moment in time, he seemed to rival Chaplin, Lloyd and Keaton as top comic of the silent screen. Then his star fell as quickly as it had risen, and Harry Langdon faded from favor with critics and public alike. His reputation survived only in history books about comedy's golden age in the 1920s. Now Harry Langdon is back, and today's audiences finally have an opportunity to enjoy him again. The collection also highlights the early career of legendary filmmaker Frank Capra, who directed two of the features and was a contributing writer for the other films."
